Condition grades such as New, Overstock, Shelf Pulls, Customer Returns, Mixed Condition, or Salvage are general guidelines only and do not guarantee the condition, functionality, completeness, resale value, or profitability of individual items.
By purchasing from Wholesale Pallet Market, you accept the risks associated with liquidation inventory, including damaged items, missing parts, open-box goods, defective products, unsellable items, expired packaging, incomplete accessories, and variations in resale value.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are generally final due to the nature of wholesale and liquidation inventory.
Returns, refunds, or credits may only be approved in limited cases, such as verified shipping errors, major order mistakes, or documented freight damage reported within the required timeframe.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and processing has started, unless we approve the cancellation in writing.
Any approved refunds or credits may exclude shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing charges, and other non-recoverable costs.
