This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Wholesale Pallet Market ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the shipping terms described in this policy.

1

Service Area

We primarily ship pallets and truckloads within the United States.

Some locations, including remote areas, islands, limited-access points, rural delivery zones, or locations with freight restrictions, may not be serviceable or may require additional surcharges.

For questions about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

2

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, inventory location, warehouse handling, freight scheduling, carrier availability, and product type.

Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier-observed holidays.

3

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Pallets and truckloads are usually shipped through LTL freight, full truckload freight, or other freight carriers selected based on destination, shipment size, delivery requirements, and cost.

If smaller items are offered, they may ship through parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar carriers.

Tracking details, freight details, or delivery updates will be provided when available from the carrier.

4

Freight Delivery Requirements

Because Wholesale Pallet Market sells pallets and truckloads, freight delivery requirements may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for providing a commercial address or a suitable location for freight delivery.
  • A loading dock, forklift, pallet jack, or proper unloading equipment is strongly recommended.
  • Lift-gate service may be available for an additional fee at eligible locations.
  • The buyer must make sure trucks can safely access the delivery address, including enough space, road clearance, turning access, and suitable delivery conditions.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of access issues, incorrect address, missed appointment, unavailable receiver, or unsuitable delivery location, the buyer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, storage fees, return freight fees, or other carrier charges.

5

Shipping Costs, Surcharges, and Taxes

Most pallet shipments within our standard United States service area may be charged a flat freight rate of $150 USD per pallet, unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or custom quote.

Additional charges may apply for:
Lift-gate delivery
Residential delivery
Limited-access delivery
Appointment delivery
Inside delivery
Remote area delivery
Storage fees
Re-delivery fees
Special handling fees
Any applicable taxes, duties, local fees, or additional shipping-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility according to local laws and carrier requirements.
6

Delivery Appointments and Transit Times

Many freight shipments require a delivery appointment. The freight carrier may contact the buyer using the phone number or contact details provided during checkout.

Transit times vary by carrier, destination, shipment size, weather conditions, freight volume, and carrier capacity.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only. Wholesale Pallet Market is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, traffic, labor disruptions, incorrect delivery information, missed appointments, or other events outside our control.

We are not liable for indirect losses caused by shipping delays, including lost sales, missed events, business interruptions, or resale delays.

7

Inspection at Delivery and Damage Reporting

Buyers must inspect all shipments carefully upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading.

To protect both the buyer and Wholesale Pallet Market in case of freight damage:
Inspect the pallet, truckload, boxes, and packaging before signing.
If visible damage is present, write the damage clearly on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Take clear photos and videos of the damaged shipment before unloading when possible.
Keep all packaging, labels, and damaged goods for inspection.
For concealed damage discovered after delivery, take photos immediately and keep all packaging.

Report Damage Within Required Timeframe

  • Visible damage or wrong pallet: report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Concealed damage: report within 48 hours of delivery

Reports should be sent to:

sales@wholesalepalletmarket.net

Please include your order number, delivery date, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue.

Our review and possible resolutions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the shipment is picked up by the carrier from our facility, supplier facility, or partner warehouse, subject to any valid carrier claims for damage in transit.

Wholesale Pallet Market may assist with freight claim documentation when applicable, but claim approval, compensation, or reimbursement is not guaranteed and may depend on the carrier's investigation and policies.

9

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to buyer-related issues, the buyer may be responsible for all related fees.
Buyer-related issues may include:
Incorrect delivery address
No receiver available
Missed delivery appointment
Refusal to accept shipment
Unpaid carrier surcharges
Unsuitable delivery location
Lack of unloading equipment
Failure to respond to carrier communication

The buyer may be responsible for round-trip freight costs, storage fees, handling fees, re-delivery fees, and any other carrier charges.

Any decision to reship, refund, or issue store credit is at the sole discretion of Wholesale Pallet Market and may exclude non-recoverable shipping and handling costs.

10

Pickup Options

If local pickup is available from a warehouse or partner facility, pickup details will be provided after payment has been confirmed.

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
  • The buyer is responsible for bringing the correct vehicle, equipment, straps, labor, and tools needed to safely load and transport the pallets.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at the time of pickup.
