General Questions

Learn about our business and who we serve

Wholesale Pallet Market is an online wholesale liquidation supplier that offers pallets, truckloads, overstock goods, shelf pulls, customer returns, salvage merchandise, and related bulk inventory for resellers, retailers, small businesses, and wholesale buyers.

Our website is mainly designed for resellers, retailers, business owners, wholesalers, flea market vendors, online sellers, and bulk inventory buyers. Buyers must be at least 18 years old before placing an order.

In many cases, buyers can place an order without a business license. However, depending on your location, resale plans, tax requirements, or order type, you may need proper business or resale documentation. Buyers are responsible for following their local laws and tax rules.

Many buyers purchase liquidation pallets for resale through online marketplaces, local shops, flea markets, discount stores, and other sales channels. However, liquidation inventory carries risk, and resale results are not guaranteed. Product mix, condition, value, and sell-through can vary from pallet to pallet.

Our main focus is wholesale pallets, truckloads, and bulk inventory. If single items or smaller lots are available, they may be listed on the website, but availability can change.

Products & Pallet Conditions

Understand what you’re buying and how it’s graded

Pallets may include general merchandise, electronics, clothing, shoes, tools, home goods, appliances, toys, beauty products, mixed retail goods, customer returns, overstock items, shelf pulls, and other wholesale inventory depending on the load.

Some products may be new or overstock, but not all pallets contain new items. Inventory may include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, open-box items, mixed-condition goods, and salvage merchandise. Always review the product description and condition details before buying.

AS-IS / WHERE-IS means the merchandise is sold in its current condition, with no standard warranties, returns, or guarantees. Buyers accept the risk of liquidation inventory, including possible damaged items, missing parts, incomplete packaging, defects, or unsellable units.

Shelf pulls are products removed from retail shelves because of seasonal changes, packaging updates, discontinued SKUs, display resets, or excess inventory. They are usually unused but may have stickers, damaged packaging, missing shrink wrap, or handling marks.

Customer returns are items that were purchased and returned by customers for different reasons. They may be like-new, used, damaged, missing accessories, defective, or in need of testing, cleaning, repair, or repackaging.

Salvage inventory usually includes products that may be damaged, incomplete, defective, or intended for parts, repair, recycling, or refurbishment. Salvage is best for experienced buyers who understand higher-risk inventory.

Unless clearly stated in writing, customer return, mixed, and salvage loads are not individually tested. Buyers should expect to inspect, test, clean, repair, or refurbish items before resale.

No. If a manifest, item list, or estimated retail value is provided, it is for guidance only. It may contain errors, substitutions, quantity differences, model variations, or value differences. A manifest is not a guarantee of exact contents or resale value.

Ordering & Payment

How to place orders and payment options

Browse the available pallets or truckloads on the website, choose the inventory you want, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. If you have questions before ordering, contact us at sales@wholesalepalletmarket.net.

Accepted payment methods may include wire transfer, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and other payment methods that may be added or removed over time. Payment must clear before an order is processed or shipped.

Orders usually begin processing after payment has been received and cleared. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, warehouse handling, and freight scheduling.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment has been received because inventory moves quickly and may be allocated, processed, or scheduled for shipment. Any cancellation request is reviewed at our sole discretion.

Order changes are not guaranteed after checkout. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@wholesalepalletmarket.net if you need help, but changes may not be possible once processing has started.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight options, timing, and delivery requirements

We primarily ship pallets and truckloads within the United States. Some remote areas, islands, limited-access locations, or rural delivery zones may not be serviceable or may require extra fees.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment clears. Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier-observed holidays.

Pallets and truckloads are usually shipped through LTL freight, full truckload freight, or other freight carriers selected based on destination, shipment size, delivery requirements, and cost.

A loading dock, forklift, pallet jack, or proper unloading equipment is strongly recommended for freight delivery. Lift-gate service may be available for an additional fee at eligible locations.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missed appointment, unsuitable location, no receiver available, or lack of unloading equipment, the buyer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, storage fees, return freight fees, or other carrier charges.

Most pallet shipments within the standard United States service area may be charged a flat freight rate of 150 USD per pallet unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or custom quote. Additional fees may apply for lift-gate, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, or remote delivery.

Tracking or freight details will be provided when available from the carrier. Some freight shipments may also require a delivery appointment.

Returns & Claims

Our policies on returns, damage claims, and disputes

Due to the nature of wholesale liquidation inventory, all sales are generally final. Pallets and truckloads are sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS, with no standard returns, refunds, or cancellations once payment has been received.

Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If visible damage is present, write the damage clearly on the delivery receipt, take photos and videos, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For concealed damage discovered after unpacking, take photos immediately, keep all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you believe you received the wrong pallet or a major shipping error occurred, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@wholesalepalletmarket.net with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

No. Individual damaged, missing, incomplete, defective, or unsellable items are part of the normal risk of liquidation inventory and are reflected in the pricing. They are not grounds for a refund unless a limited exception applies under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Buyers agree not to file chargebacks for issues covered by the AS-IS liquidation terms, including product variation, resale value, missing accessories, buyer’s remorse, or misunderstanding of liquidation risks. If there is a real shipping issue or major order error, contact us first so we can review the matter.
